I was just curious why people are giving Charlie Weis a hard time for being 6-6. It could be a whole lot worse. Notre Dame could be 3-9. Notre Dame hasn't had a good season since 1993, when they went 11-1 under Lou Holtz. The Notre Dame fans are so spoiled, they think that the Irish should win the National Championship every year. They gave praise to Ty Willingham when Notre Dame started 8-0 in 2002. Two years later, he was fired. Charlie Weis started 19-6. Since he has gone 9-15. But the team improved a lot this year. This is the same University who fired Lou Holtz for Bob Davie. Bob Davie is a joke. He even sucks at broadcasting. They gave Weis a huge contract for a reason. Maybe the fans and people at Notre Dame should pray for him.

2005--9-3 BCS bowl
2006--10-3 BCS bowl
that is 7 good seasons. 6 seasons of 9 or more wins. 3 BCS bowl games. 3 other New Years Day bowl games. Most programs would kill for records like that. And that was in so called 'down years' for Notre Dame.
