So I may have been a little hasty making my last blog. I was just mad b/c of the teams that the Big East had played in the bowls. Their schedule for the 2007 season is pretty decent when considering out-of-conference games. They play good teams such as Auburn, Iowa, Utah, Michigan State, Kentucky, and Oregon State while they still play less than good teams but still pretty decent: NC State, Illinois, Washington, Maryland, and Virginia. Most of those teams are kinda struggling right now, so they caught them at a good point. Still, most people would look at those out of conference foes and not cringe (except for Auburn and Iowa, and I'm giving Iowa more credit than they deserve b/c I'm a hawkeyes fan.)
I want to see the Big East play real teams this bowl season. They shouldn't get special treatment; they are no longer the big least.
I really dislike how WVU and UF's schedules are seen as so hard. Sure the home games aren't where they should be, but their OoC schedule leaves something to be desired. That means more to me than bad away games.
