I know, this is a poker blog, but Florida goes for the National Championship game tomorrow, and then Tampa plays for #2 in the NFC, and a 1st round playoff bye on Monday Night Football.  How am I supposed to concentrate on poker with all these great things happening? 

There is a game tonight though, so that at least won't involve me being distracted (other than some of the ladies that will be there).  And it is a $40 buy in with a $5 bounty on each player.....followed by a very loose $1/$2 cash game, so the opportunity is there tonight to make some money. 

As for tomorrow, nope, no poker.  The game starts at 2PM I believe, so I could technically get to a 7:00 game if I wanted to.  But I'll either be celebrating Gator Victory, or picking up the pieces of my broken TV set, so I don't think poker is in the cards.  Get it?  In the cards?  Come on!  That was funny.

Then on Sunday, I COULD play, but I don't think I will.  The Bucs aren't on, so that means I might actually get the garage cleaned out.  And the horses needs some more hay.  And there is a ton of stuff that needs to go to the landfill...if I knew where it was.

Bringing us to Monday, and Monday Night Football.  I'll be at a friend's house, $40 buy in, and the TV on flatscreen for all players to see.  I imagine I'll be playing extra tight, because I can't see losing early and having to drive 45 minutes home while Tampa is playing THEIR game of the year. 

And then, back to the Tuesday night game.  $30 buy in. 

So that's my upcoming few days, like it matters.  Hey, I said I wasn't really thinking aboutg poker right now.  But if you read this far, I reward you with this:
