Out of 119 jobs available there are only 3 black head coaches which is especially confounding when you realize that over 50% of the players are black. The good news is that all 3 are headed to bowl games this year Coach Turner Gill led the University of Buffalo to the MAC Title.
If you thinks that's much ado about nothing not to long ago Buffalo was a football program that would play anyone and take an **** whipping as long as the pay was good. They had to do this just to keep the athletic department going... Read more on this by clicking the link below:

thats a good point and i think auburn didnt even give turner gill a chance because hes black but how many black coaches are there i dont mean actually hired i mean actually interested in college football. tyrone willingham got ran out of ND and he couldnt do **** with UW. that would be a good statistic to go with this story is how many black coaches get interviewed or go out for head coaching positions and how many get denied for one reason or another. you would have to compare resumes of the black coaches and the white coaches and decide if black coaches are getting a raw deal....that would be the only way to figure this whole conterversey out.
