Everyone has looked at rankings of the players from this years NBA draft. They show how good the players are currently, and how they compare to the other players in this draft. Well, I thought I'd try a different perspective: How will we rank these players 5-10 years down the road? Here are my top five.

#1. Kevin Durant: Although many people viewed Greg Oden as the safer pick (including Kevin Pritchard) I see Durant as a truly can't miss prospect. He had 11.1 rebounds per game (more than the big man Oden) and averaged 25.6 points per game. He has a great jump shot, great driving ability, and ideal measurables. If he can improve his strength, he will be one of the all-time greats. If he can't, he will still be one of the all-time greats.

#2. Greg Oden: I still think Oden will be a Hall of Famer if not as good as Durant. There's not much that hasn't been said about Greg. I mean, the guys a class act! Have you heard any of his interviews? He's intelligent, articulate, funny, etc. Oh yeah, he's also a great player. Greg Oden will change the Portland Trail Blazers franchise forever, for better or for worse. I lean towards better.

#3. Mike Conley Jr.: Obviously there is a decent drop off after Oden and Durant, but this is the man many believe to be more vital to Ohio State's tourney success this past season than Oden. Has great court vision, passing ability, athleticism, and leadership ability. I think he will eventually be one of the top 3 point guards in the league.

#4. Marco Belinelli: Despite being the second foreign player taken in this years draft, I think Belinelli will be the best by far. His excellent jump shot and his energetic style of play should be even more fit for the NBA then it was in Italian and world play. He was also fortunate to be drafted by Golden State, which will be a great home for him. Expect him to be a better version of Manu Ginobili.

#5. Sean Williams: This is assuming he pans out. Williams was kicked off Boston College in January for smoking pot among other things. Obviously he's tremendously talented and is the best shot-blocker in this draft, and likely would have been a lottery pick without the crimes.

 Rest of the top ten:

#6. Corey Brewer

#7. Jeff Green

#8. Brandan Wright

#9. Al Horford

#10. Nick Young
