Signups are now (Dec 12-19) for Fantasy Basketball
Ok this has been a few weeks in the making and i have just been too lazy to get it all started. So lets begin.
We are going to do a fantasy basketball league here on fannation in NBA Fanz. We are going to draft 6 man teams. After the teams are all drafted we are going to have a throwdown tournament facing up the different teams.
We need to have at least 8 teams and at most 16 teams. We will have a week of people signing up so next Friday we will stop signing people up and the following week we will start the draft. So the draft will start on Dec 22nd. We are having signups from Dec 12-Dec 19.
There have been a lot of changes this year. Allen Iverson playing PG and SG, Andrea Barganini playing C, PF, and SF. Then you got AK47 and Lamar Odom moving to the bench. I guess what i am trying to explain is that you can pick your guys to play any position if you can debate it being good in a throwdown. So if you pick Dwight Howard for your team to play PG you better be able to defend it in a throwdown.
RULES:
ALL PLAYERS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR THE DRAFT BUT MUST CURRENTLY BE ON AN NBA ROSTER AS OF DEC 19TH 2008.
6 MAN TEAMS, 5 STARTERS 1 BENCH
There will be a td tourney with these teams.
Draft order will be randomized once teams have signed up
8 teams at least and 16 teams at most
Each Draft pick will have 24 hours to let me know there choice and it will then be posted in a new blog, yet to be added.
