The title of the blog, I Apologize, has two meanings today.
First, I personally apologize for not writing much in the last few days. I'm still seriously pissed about the other night, and hurt at the same time, and I'm not really thinking about poker at all. We'll see how that bleeds over into tonight's game, and then tomorrow night's. If it does, I'll be cancelling the weekend games. I can't play when I'm not 100% concentrating on the games. I've had two dealers recently completely destory my pleasure for the game.
1. Because he didn't know the rules.
2. Because he is a thief.
Either one was bad, but both together just crushes my desire to play.
Another reason for the title is that the thief hasn't even bothered to try and apologize. A damn email to all the players would have been perfect, but he hasn't even bothered. We were supposed to be friends, and he can't even bother to say "I'm sorry"?
Sure, he's probably embarrassed for what he did. So what? Step up. Grow a pair. Say you're sorry.
So, perhaps tomorrow I'll be back with stories from tonight, or advice, or just general poker discussion. But not today. And for that, I am sorry.
