Let the team gutting begin!
(This is just one [disgruntled] guys opinion. In no particular order.)

1. Derek Anderson QB - for obvious reasons, his inconsistent play and Brady Quinn has a better up side to his game than Anderson does.
2. Kellen Winslow TE - he has a bad attitude plus his body is slowly falling apart. Might as well get what we can for him before he is physically unable to play ever again.
3. Braylon Edwards WR - inconsistent play, and the most recent comments about how Clevelanders hate him because he is a marked man from Michigan. Really? Grow up and drop passes for another team you baby.
4. Kamerion Wimbley OLB - two words...draft bust.
5. Andre Davis MLB - too many missed tackle. Age has probably caught up with him and he is nothing but a solid backup at this point in his career.
6. Kevin Schaffer RT - this guy can't even block an average pass rusher.
7. Donte Stallworth WR - 4 different teams in 4 years should have been a red flag. The potential is there, but injuries have always been a problem. Any other WR in the league would have played through a hamstring injury that has kept Stallworth out of many games this year.
8. Jason Wright RB - he needs to go so that the team can get a good young runner to groom and replace Jamal Lewis in a year or two.
9. Romeo Crennel - no discipline, no fire, no apparent control over the egos, no clue how to use talent and rookies, no control over his staff, lack of decision making, bad clock management, bad play calling, bad defense play for a so-called defensive coaching expert, etc., etc. Anyone can really keep adding to this list because it can just keep going.
10. Phil Savage - so-called talent expert has made some bad draft picks, email scandal, staff infection scandal, and he either needs to go or a staff position change needs to occur to fit in a real NFL GM.

Now the additions that are needed.

1. Quality, veteran backup QB.
2. Young, talented RB.
3. At least 2 more young WRs with big potential and for depth.
4. A real pass rushing threat.
5. At least 2 more LBs.
6. A solid RT.
7. At least 2 more CBs for more depth.
8. New head coach and staff.
9. New GM.
10. New owner maybe...?

Now the players who must stay.
1. Josh Cribbs
2. Shaun Rogers
3. Brady Quinn
4. Jerome Harrison
5. Joe Jurevicious
6. Laurence Vickers
7. Joe Thomas
8. Eric Steinbach
9. Eric Wright
10. D'qwell Jackson
11. Martin Rucker (just a real good hunch on this guy)
12. Steve Heiden
13. Alex Hall (huge potential)
14. Phil Dawson
15. Ryan Pointabraind (the long snapper)
