When I turn the TV to ESPN, I am always hearing Lebron this Lebron that, the Cavs are having a great season. Or i will her Kobe this Kobe that the lakers are strreaking. Yet they only take out a small portion of the show to talk about the Celtics who have won 17 straight. With New York up next then Philly, both of which are at home, it looks as if they could go 19 in-a-row. Then when we head out to LA to face the Lakers on xmas i guarentee you all of the reporters will pick the Lakers as they always do. Yet the Lakers are slumping as of late and Kobe isnt doing his thing. Then the next three games are Golden State, Sacramento and Portland 2 of which are easy wins for them and Portland is a team we have allready beeten. By the end of december there is a chance that the Celtics will go 23 in a row, and will could have a 31-2 record.  Also this years team is so much better than last years even with the loss of posey. The Big 3 has now turned into The Big4 as rondo has made it look as if he will be in the All-Star game this year. The bench is better then ever with Leon Powe leading them. It seems that th2 three main stars of the team (Pierce,Garnett, and Allen) have all taken a lesser role although Ray Allen is haveing a better year than he had last year. The team has no signs of showing up. I think the world has to give the team some props not just 10 seconds after the clips of the games saying a simple "And the Celtics have won again. That is 17 straight Let's stop talking about Lebron and the Cavs and how this  "Could be their year" and take a real good look. Noone can stop the Celtics right now except themselves. This is thier year. Its time to start thinking as The year for banner 18!

I totally agree that our Boston Celtics do not always get the accolades that they deserve. However, it is still a billion dollar global business. Monopolies in sports gravitate towards lesser fan interest and building up a three way rivalry between Boston, LA and Cleveland introduces a third foil to the plot's main characters, our beloved Celtics.

Nevertheless, I'm looking at 34+ plus wins for the Green & White. This team is not wilting at all in spite of the heavier global attention and worldwide media burden that the 85-86 Celts did not have.

Other than the Celtics fans, the rest of the basketball nation is scared to death of what they see coming out of Boston. I too am sick of hearing of the one man teams in 4 dead in Ohio and LaLa land. Unless your SuperMan one verse five are not very good odds! The Celtics win because we play D, something the rest of the league have no clue about. Worry not about
Celtic love. When your the best you gets no love from the rest!

What the way things are going, the Celtics the Big Three no longer. From the box scores in the recent games towards the 18+ streak, they're not even the Big Three and the Other Two, they're now the NBA season's unselfish Fab Five!

If the rest of the bench buys into their level of performance as the season plods on, C.A.T., you're spot on. The leprechaun's bandwagon will be too heavy to pull.

I'm not sure what sports shows everyone is watching, but every single one I see has the Celtics as the best team and the discussion has been whether this Celtics team is even better than last year's. They are getting their fair share of press.

They were saying the same thing about the Lakers going unbeaten till X-mas, before they started to slump and look where they're at now.
