Are you serious? I dont get this at all...how can you justify fining Wes Welker $10,000 for making a snow angel after scoring a touchdown? There was no reason for that. Welker didnt go and take a huge chunk of snow and throw it at a fan like Shaun Ellis did...he laid down in the endzone and made a snow angel...what is this game turning into?
