I sure hope Dallas, specifically Terrell Owens and Jerry Jones, enjoys their long vacation from the NFL. I think most teams are too wary of TO, so maybe we will get lucky and he will retire... As for Jerry, what ever happened to the old days??? You remember, Jimmy Johnson, Disiplined Football, Championship caliber teams? Sure you had an occassional circus (Deion Sanders), but you had a good team and good coaching. Wade Phillips is a great Defensive Coordinator, but he is TERRIBLE as a head coach. Too soft, too lazy, and inept in big game preparation.

This sloppy exhibition that is the 2009 season with the level of talent you bought, is rediculous. Do not try to save face by failing to make changes. Admit you thought you could buy a championship this year, but instead fielded a bunch of good players, but a terrible team.

If you want to field individual athletes, support a Golf player. In the NFL, you need to field a cohesive unit called a TEAM! Get rid of TO, Pacman, and Romo. Individuals in the case of TO and Pacman, and Romo cannot mentally prepare for big games. You have seen enough proof of this already to gamble on his maturity again.

Tampa Bay??? What happened? Did Monte Kiffin anouncing his self imposed demotion to the college ranks demoralize the defense that much? It truly showed no class for him to announce it when he did, and I hope he enjoys as much success as his son did in Oakland for not handling this situation better than it was...

Detroit! Congratulations!! You truly stand out ALONE!! The Tampa Bay Bucs thank you!! Mr. Ford is old, but his grandchildren will remember his truly poor judgement in not overhauling that entire program!!! I wonder who would be stupid enough to WANT to coach for such an inept front office and ownership. I am sure you will find some hungry soul, but until you recognize that the actions on the field reverberate from the top and want to truly create a winning team, you will only hire substandard coaches and hence will remain a cellar dweller for a long time.

Congratulations Mike Singletary!! You were all class as a player, and in my mind will be as a head coach as well. San Francisco has to believe it has a good chance now. They have not had this kind of hope since Steve Young left... I just hope you get the help from the front office you need. You have some talent, but some money needs to be spent to shore up that defense.

Congratulations to the Miami Dolphins!!! My condolences to the Patriots and the Jets. I hope Brett retires for good this time. He has an awesome career and no reason to hang his head, unless he does not retire. Do not go out badly Brett. You cannot buy a meal in either Green Bay or the Kiln. Retire a legend, not a has been who could not let go of a HOF career.

To the Pats staff. Could last year's Super Bowl loss and this year failing to make the playoffs be karma for Videogate??? I would not want to have to decide between an aging QB with limited mobility and this superstar in the making in Matt Cassell. Tom is much loved and for good reason, but you have to know he will be super rusty and have zero mobility when he does return. Cassell could be the new QB to carry you for several years instead of Brady who could flop or at the very least be a gamble when he returns. That knee injury likely shortened his career a few years...

Cleveland Browns... The fact that Cleveland waited this long to fire Romeo Crennel and the GM shows me that they gave up early this year. Six games without an offensive TD? Are you trying to make Detroit look good? At least they can score... Smaller markets should not be allowed to have teams for just this reason. They do not have the money or the ownership to field a good team. I know that you are a storied franchise, but now you are rumbling, bumbling, stumbling, through season after season of mediocre at best football. This year is just shameful... You do not need Dog masks, you need paper bags for your heads...

It is my sincerest hope that the following criminals are unable to return to the league next year:

To ANY team that might be desperate enough to try to get Michael Vick, DON"T!!! Unless you want your fans to come to your home with torches and a lynching rope, do not hire this pig!! This means you Detriot, Cleveland, Cincinnati, Kansas City, Seattle, Jacksonville, and St. Louis!!

Speaking of St. Louis, What happened??? You used to be an awesome team and spent money like it needed to be to remain competitive. Not anymore... Did someone buy a yacht and you had to cut back on player salaries??? Was it the high Gas Prices? What happened to this once proud franchise????

Alright, enough ranting... Congrats to all the teams who made the playoffs!! Especially the ones who did it with teamwork and selfless play!!! Giants, Indianapolis, Carolina, Tennessee, Miami, Minnesota, San Diego, Falcons, Baltimore, and the Steelers!!! Phoenix was excluded because they won their division by default. Kudos to Kurt Warner for a great year though!

Payton Manning is the clear choice for MVP this year!! Period!!
