Forgive me but I have to ask the question... Why does everyone love on USC this time of year? I get it, they have more talent than anyone (including the Lions).  But they have a loss.  A bad loss.  Yeah they won another "home game"  but when will people actually address the fact that the Big Ten teams have to play road games for the rose bowl.  I say lets rotate this between the Big House in Ann Arbor or at the Shoe in Columbus and the coliseum.  Has anyone addressed the fact that all the bowl games are in warm weather???  Does this favor sec and pac 10 teams??  Give it a little thought....

Now onto Thomas Jones- has anyone asked why tj led the AFC in rushing?????  He was let go by the Cards and the Bears...  He had a qb that people had to respect.  TJ is the 2nd best running back on that team. He has has no business speaking out now.   Why not speak out when they were 8-3??   This speaks volumes about him as a teammate and a leader.  Why not call out Stuckey for not cathing that last pass??  It hit him in the worst possible place... his hands.  40 pass plays 20 rushing plays???  Think about it..

I have heard and seen this sort of talk before . . . come on, the Rose Bowl in Columbus Ohio in January, are you kidding me??
Hey guys, here is your reward for kicking butt and playing a tough schedule, you get to go to the Frozen Tundra in Michigan and play USC on January 2nd in minus 10 degrees and gusting winds, yippee!
Bowl games are in the South because it's WARMER, period. Not to favor any particular team, but because it's WARMER weather.
USC didn't want to be in the Rose Bowl this year anyway, and "Yes" it's basically a home game for them, but come on Big 10, quit making excuses for not playing well in bowl games, PLEASE!!!
The PAC 10 went 5-0 in bowl games this year which included road games by Oregon to San Diego, and Ore. St. to El Paso. Arizona and BYU each traveled about 5 hrs to get to Las Vegas for their bowl game, couldn't be much more neutral than that.
Most teams must travel for their perspective bowl game, but trust me, they WANT to travel. These young men and women WANT to go somewhere WARM, see the sites, eat the food, take in the culture and play their game.
Ga. Tech played a "Home" game in their bowl game against LSU and got BLOWN out! So what is their excuse?
