I started out with this - see last paragraph for the end result. Looks like there are some issues going on here putting photos up. I hate Photobucket, so I'm always looking for other sites to use. Look. It's not that hard. All it takes is a good eye, familiarity with how to search for images, basic knowledge of how to put photos in your blogs, and oh yes, some kind of opinion on something. Anyone can do it. Let's make it about sports then, Ok? Its not so hard. Do you have computer knowledge? No? Well, how did you get here then? You must know something if you found your way here, no? Do I need to loan you my Windows '95 book or something? Criminy.

While watching the Eagles Vikings game, one funny thought came across my mind. My God, Desean Jackson is the most chickensh!t return man I think I've ever seen. On the runback in the 3rd quarter, he looked to have only one last man to beat. The Vikings punter. He didn't even try to juke him, he just ran out of bounds. Holy crap - was he afraid to take a hit from the Vikes punter? Wow. Wussie. The outcome didn't really surprise me. The Vikings couldn't seem to get anything going offensively all day, and the Eagles defense just looked too good. I'm glad the Eagles won so now I don't have to watch Tarvaris Jackson anymore.

Saturday I flipped on ESPN because I had missed the Colts Chargers game, and I wanted to see the outcome. Unfortunately, I had to see a breathless Phillip Rivers happy. I have trouble looking at the guy without thinking "Punk". But give the Bolts their due, they are indeed a better team than their 8-8 record would indicate. No one gave them a chance, but the Colts just do not seem to know how to beat them. I wasn't surprised to see LT go out though. After 8 seasons, LT is definitely showing the wear and tear and if I were SD front office, I would more than begin to think about what's next at RB. Tomlinson had only one 100 yard game this year, against the Raiders, and if it hadn't have been for a big 4th quarter he would not have even that. So all this talk about his current injury is in my opinion a bunch of hooey. The Chargers don't need him, they haven't needed him all year.

In Denver, the hammer finally fell on Mike Shanahan. As a Raider fan, I'm a bit happy but also a bit sad. I'm happy because the inevitable finally happened and an arch enemy got the axe. It was so pleasurable watching them lose their final 3 games of the season and miss the playoffs for the 3rd straight year. I'm a bit sad about it though, too. Shanahan was good for the rivalry - an ex-Raiders coach who was unceremoniously dumped by Al Davis and never paid money (rightly) owed to him, who went on to coach the hated Broncos and finally got Elway a Super Bowl win. Now who am I going to hate? Whoever they pick, I'm sure I'll hate him, but judging from the first crop of interviews - it's going to be someone who I really don't have a reason to hate right off the bat. I'm sure once the season gets going next year, I'll find reasons, but it's not the same. It's just not the same.

Speaking of head coaches, I finally have made up mind regarding Joe Bugel.... Er I mean, Tom Cable. I watched the Raiders play a few inspired games where they looked real good and showed that yes, despite how everyone loves to run them down, they actually do have some talent on the roster. I saw some other games, however, that stunk out loud. The Falcons game was a story of one of the worst displays of professional football I've ever seen. (note:Many people rushed to pick the Falcons in their playoff game last week, due to their 11-5 record. No way, said I. They beat the Raiders 24-0 that day. A good team would have beaten the Raiders 59-0 on that bleak Sunday afternoon.) The Raiders players say they like Cable. Of course they do, and players want continuity. That's important true, but good coaching is so much more important. A good coach makes a young team play well, week in and week out. Cable is getting props for finishing the season strong, but I remember during the season too many weak points.

I had to see for myself what is going on, Killat told me therre has been something up. I don't know what is going on, the uploading of the photos seems to take forever. I'm experimenting with some new hosters. Let me know if you guys can't see anything. I wonder if this is what Killat's problem is, if this is just an imageshack server problem or what, although another image hoster I use seems to be having the same problem. All I can say, just have a little patience, and I'm sure this will straighten itself out soon.

Photo uploading is working fine (Especially on that last photo).

Photobucket is always a little slow and occasionally goes down for maintenance but in general, it's fine.
Killat might have gone over his monthly bandwidth allowance? Not sure.

Your pictures are fine.

I predicted both the Chargers, Cards, and Eagles victories in my latest playoff blog.

The girl with the lime green stretch top barely within limits? Best of show here.

I don't know, what DO polar bears in a blizzard look like?? LMMFAO
I saw everything REAL clear...hommina, hommina, hommina!!!
I guess I can see how you're a bit down on Shanahan getting the ax. Kinda how us Skins fans felt when Tom Landry got shown the door--you despised the way he always planned it out on the field, but in the end you respected the guy. (Two words for Hova's Jets: Russ Grimm.)
Me, I'm glad Arizona won. That's my "sleeper" pick for the SB. (I got family in Phoenix, and they pulled for the Cards when they [the team] were still in ST. LOUIS!!! And this was the mid-'70s, BTW, when my uncle and family moved there.)
Giants, Panthers, Steelers, Titans...ANY combo of those 4 will be your SB matchup. (Unless Arizona runs the table, that is.)
