Tom Williams has been named head coach at Yale University making him the first black coach there and only the second black football coach in Ivy League history. I have been lucky enough to interview Coach Williams. We Discussed:

this reminds me of the chappelle skit about the first black man to crap in a white man's toilet. im 25 and blacks have held positions of power and respect my entire life. i think the older americans need to step aside and allow the younger color blind generation to take over and stop focusing on race. oh, and oprah was crying on my shoulder while i wrote this.
