I think Michelle Therrien should be replaced by Pat Quinn. He showed his ability to work with young players at the WJHC and that could go the same way with Crosby,Malkin and Staal. Another problem is that there's still missing a top 10 winger for Sid and/or Malkin. I think this winger doesn't have to be talented like Marian Hossa. There are a bunch of players in the NHL that would nicely fit into our roster. Like Nikita Filatov for example. Definitley loads of talent and he showed he can score yesterday. A possible trade to get him would be e.g. in exchange for Jordan Staal and if necassary a 2nd round pick.

Their goaltending has faltered some this year also. Their role players need to step up more like they did last year. Like Crosby said, the Pens are not a secret like last year and everyone is gunning for them. They miss 20 goal scorer Hossa(Detroit) right now.

The Pens aren't flying under the radar anymore and everyone is playing well against them. As Crosby put it, everyone's gunning for them. I still think they lost their chemistry from last year due to several players leaving; including Hossa(20 goals so far with Detroit).
