First off I have to start by defending my stance on the Pacman in a post a few days ago people thought I was sticking up for Pacman, not at all. I just believe that the media has explotited the situation to a high degree, I know Pacman is a punk, I know he probly doesnt deserve another chance to play, especially cuz he is now a liabilty and he sucks it used to be he was just a liablility. It just seemed like media outlets mostly ESPN overly exploited the situation the way they have.
Even as a Denver fan it is particularly hard for me to see the demise of LaDanian Tomlinson, can we really say that just because he had an off year he is done? Business is business and that has to be remembered but it is always sad to see a legend go down this way, Joe Montona Emmit Smith Jerry Rice (Jerry really prolonged his) and now Brett Favre. But is LT done like he should retire done? one wouldn't think so. Im no professional but I think if you got a big back in the draft that could take some of the beating you might squeeze out some more good times from LT. I just dont think Sproles can do what LT did and manage special teams as well as he does and I think people undervalue what Sproles does for that team in field position and momentum.
TO will never admit when he has lost a step, and I guess neither will I, people hate him but I love TO, he always gives me a headline, always gives me entertainment weather its his shennanigans on or off the field or him bulling his was to the endzone, the media should appreciate his entertainment value more. Should the Cowboys release him? They could probly get by just fine with Roy Williams taking his spot, but where would TO land? No where that he wants to be.
