Great win over the Rangers.With Sidney Crosby back in the lineup and Marc-Andre Fleury showing off his skills this afternoon the Pittsburgh Penguins won 3-0. He turned away all 33 Shots, earning his 2nd shootout this season. Chris Minard, Tyler Kennedy and Petr Sykora scored the goals. This is how I like to see the team. Always fighting for the puck. Evgeni Malkin crunched Nik Zherdev in the 2nd period. Really nice hit. I think Malkin likes to play against other russian players. The Penguins traded for Garon yesterday in a deal that sent Dany Sabourin, Ryan Stone and a 2011 4th round draft pick to edmonton. Good trade but not the key trade they need. But having a good backup goalie is not the worst decision. I read that Garon and Michelle Therrien weren't the best friends back in the 90's when Therrien coached the Quebec Citadelles. I'm anxious to see what happens there. Maybe it shows that Michelle Therrien will be replaced soon. Meanwhile there are rumors that Pierre McGuire is a possible replacement too. But I think if they want to win the cup they either stick with Michelle Therrien or change to Pat Quinn. Mike Zigomanis will be out for the rest of the seaon after undergoing a shoulder surgery.

3 out of 4 is good, but I would not start jumping up and down just yet. Zigomanis is gone for the year so Shero may have to get a faceoff man back, i.e. Adam Hall. Still need a top notch winger and some muscle to withstand the rigours of playoff hockey.
