Jerry Jones paid good money for a QB to come in and lead his team to the playoffs. He didn't get what he paid for in Romo. Granted, he has made mistakes in a lot of areas including being too involved. But he is one of the better owners, spends big time on players and is building the best stadium in the league right now. So what do you do with a QB that basically doesn't care much about winning? Romo has said openly that wins or loses.... aren't everything. That he can live with himself. That worse things have happened to him before. Granted, football isn't life or death, but those things he said, he should have kept private for Jessica. Instead he showed his cards to the world and the world is now talking about him. That comes with being QB for Dallas. Aikman knew it and handled it so well. Romo isn't and that is creating problems for him, his team and fans. What's the answer? Time will tell. But, I'm thinking Romo is a man near the end of his rope. Another very average year and this guy will be looking for another team with a real QB to back-up. You can say what you want... make all the excuses you can dream up, but this guy is not the real deal. There is not one fiber of leadership in this man and the heat is being turned up on this turkey.
