Here are the Playstation 2 (January 24th, 2009) picks.  The ones in bold are what I do agree with.

Atlantic

1. (ACC CHAMPIONS) #4 Clemson (12-1)(8-0) [Believable, but I'm not that sure. They do bad when you think they will do good and they do good when you think they will do bad.]
2. #24 AP POLL Florida State (9-4)(6-2) [Believable.]
3. #24 USA TODAY Maryland (10-3)(6-2) [Believable.]
4. NC State (5-7)(4-4) [Recruiting getting better, believable.]
5. Wake Forest (3-9)(3-5) [Hard to believe, but they are descending and their recruiting class is a horrible #11 in the ACC.]
6. Boston College (3-9)(0-8) [I don't believe it that much, However their recruiting class is a dead last #12 in the ACC so that might be possible.]

Coastal

1. #8 Georgia Tech (12-1)(7-1) [Believable: With a young team they finished #2 in the Coastal last season, with a great coach and an experienced team, why not #1?]
2. #18 Miami (11-2)(7-1) [Believable: STELLAR Recruiting Class over the past 3 years.]
3. Virginia Tech (7-6)(4-4) [Hard to believe, but it is possible.]
4. North Carolina (3-9)(2-6) [Hard to believe them finishing (3-9), but not hard to believe them finishing #4 in the Coastal.  However, recruiting in 2009 is off the charts in the Top #10.]
5. Virginia (3-9)(2-6) [I believe it.]
6. Duke (0-12)(0-8) [I believe it.]

TIP:  Don't pay much attention to the PS2 records, but just pay attention to the place that the teams are in.  For example, I think that VT will finish #3 in the Coastal, but not going (7-5).
