The only problem i see here is Clemson winning the ACC, I would go with Miami or North Carolina

The problem I see is Auburn being a disappointment next year. Even taking off my WAR EAGLE goggles I see them as being a surprise. For the first time in a long time they will have a coaching staff on the offensive side of the ball that is all on the same page. Had good recruiting, a really good staff(say what you want about Chizik), and didn't lose a lot on the defensive side of the ball. They will be good for 8-9 wins I think and probably play in the Chik-fil-a Bowl.

Florida State will win ACC, Oklahoma will win Big 12 (Maybe texas), Cincinnati=Big East, Ohio State=Big 10, Houston=Conf. USA, Central Michigan=MAC, Utah=MWC, USC (again...ugh)=Pac 10, Florida=SEC, Troy=Sun Belt, and Boise St=WAC. I can't see Michigan St. finishing ahead of Ohio St. or Penn St. They finish 3rd or 4th in the Big 10. Clemson will finish 3rd in their division behind Florida St. and NC State and 5th or 6th in the conference as a whole. Tulsa is prett good but Case Keenum threw for over 5,000 yards and 44 TDs to 11 int. Houston will win there. And I'm sorry, but Air Force...? Really!?!?!?!?!. They will be lucky to finish 4th behind Utah, TCU, BYU, and maybe even Colorado St. I will wager that. Other than that...ok. I'll give you USF even though they are not as good as 2 years ago and Tony Pike didn't look to shabby for Cincinnati last year. Matt Grothe is probably second to him. That's a toss up. Oh, and lastly...Notre Dame will be Top 25 this year...I guarantee.
