I'm going to make this Blog quick and to the point. I fired out an e-mail to Dan Patrick about a week ago. The e-mail simply said "Dan, why are you impossible to avoid, you are on my TV, Newspaper, and Radio"

His reply, "then don't watch"

Well Mr. Patrick like most Americans I enjoy watching the Superbowl. I enjoyed the game's thrilling finish, and my attention was starting to wonder elsewhere when ((BAM)) who do I see during the trophy presentation, you guessed it Dan Patrick.

I have nothing personally against DP except for the fact that, his SI articles are poor at best, his Blog is not actually written by him, his "behind the noise" radio segment is nothing more than a commercial with a sports twist, and his TV sports insight is awful. His interviews are nothing more than FLUFF, this guy never asks real or hard questions. All he does is try to get all buddy-buddy with his guest. On top of that, I tried to post a comment on his SI Blog and I needed a special log-in? What's up with that? How special does this guy think he is?

Dan Patrick's catch phase was you can't stop him, you can only hope to contain him. Well Mr. Patrick mainstream media needs to"Stop and contain you". DP when I heard you were leaving ESPN I though I was actually going to be done listening and seeing you. Well that hasn't been exactly the case. Congratulations, you've had a great career and made a lot of money but enough already.
