This weekend was the first weekend of the year that was good fishing weather, so I went to Lawrenceville and went fishing with my grandad and his brother who came down from Tennessee. We went both yesterday and today. Yesterday wasn't too good. We were on the lake for about four hours, and only my grandad caught any fish (5). Today was a little different. My Grandad caught 3, while my great-uncle caught two (back-to-back casts). I, however, got NONE again. I got one bite in two days, and I was so dazed that by the time I tried to do something the fish was off.
This is probably the best time of year for me. It's warm outside, and when it's warm, I go fishing. May this be the start to a great year of fishing!
