Seriously, who really cares if these overpaid, over-hyped prima dona athletes take steroids?  We go to the games to see homeruns, great plays, and stolen bases.  AND, we want to make sure we get our money's worth out of our tickets.  The only way these ballplayers are going to live up to their inflated salaries (and our high ticket prices) is through chemical help.  If you are gonna charge us an arm and a leg to see the game, WE EXPECT GREATNESS EVERY TIME!  Quit paying these players astronomical salaries and others won't aspire to be like them because there will be a cap on how much they can make.  Heck, even the President himself has limited what CEOs make in this country, but we'll pay A-Fraud $27M a year for this?  Where are our priorities?  Pathetic.

If these knuckleheads want to live life fast and die out like Lyle Alzado and others did, Have At It.  Sometimes you just need to thin the heard.  They are only killing themselves.  But if you want to fix the problem, get serious about it.  First offense, call the cops and let them handle it through the courts.  Second offense, lifetime ban.  There you go.  Get with the program MLB...we (the fans) are getting fed up with the way you coddle your boys in the name of the almight dollar.  We are sick of paying ticket prices so high we have to save up to take the family out for a fun day at the ballpark.  Bud Selig...YOU Sir, should be ashamed of yourself.

And with this country being in financial disarray right now, we are sick of hearing how Manny turned down his $25M per year because he thinks he deserves more.  You are all greedy and forgot how to love this game.  I, for one, will not watch a single game this year, nor will I attend any ballgames for the first time in 20 years.  You have lost at least this fan.  I am sure more are to follow.
