Danny Ferry since being signed to a 5 year contract he hasnt helped the team at all. He has thrown a bunch of money at players who dont perform for the Cavs at all. Although they did get to the NBA Finals they did it with help from people who where with the team before he came e.g. Lebron, Big Z, Drew Gooden... His first offseason with the team he signed players such as Donyell Marshall, Larry Hughes and Eric Snow. He hasn't made one trade to try to help Lebron out except for bringing in Damon Jones from the Heat awhile ago so he can sit on the bench all game. He had the oppurtunity to bring Mike Bibby onto the team who wouldve been a great #2 option and definately could have helped them take a few games from the Spurs in the NBA Finals. He also did not retain one pick in this years draft which was packed with talent.
Mike Brown as coach of the Cavaliers is not getting them to their potential. He has transformed them into one of the top defenses in the NBA but at what cost? They had the 19th scoring offense in the NBA with LEBRON on their team. The offense is slow and predictable as shown in the NBA Finals when they scored 76, 92,72, 82. He also has not taught Lebron some very basic things which could hlep him further develop his game to reach his seemingly never ending potential. Lebron has no idea what to do without the ball on offense which makes there offense even more predictable and putrid.

I totally agree that Brown needs to do something more to help Lebron. He doesn't have the supporting players that he needs for them to win the title. Lebron is good but the other teams are hip to his game as we saw in the finals when they were double teaming him.
Lebron can't do it alone and him giving good passes to his teammates mean nothing if they can't make those shots.

Brown needs to push the ball on offense. The Cavs cannot keep relying on defense to keep the game close and then let LeBron take the game over late in the 4th.

Mike Bibby won't be the answer. He's just come off a horrible season shooting-wise. They need a solid PG and two good scorers, one off the bench.
