I don't understand agents and why they keep kissing the behinds of the players they rep.  Someone needs to sit Jay Cutler down and explain exactly how the NFL works.  It is a business, not some mom and pop, touchy feely crap.  You be quiet, do your best and go home at the end of the day.   Quit whining like a little baby a rumors.  If you are man enough to say yoru arm is stronger than Elway than you are man enough to handle a few rumors and your agent should tell you this instead of acting like an enabler.
