Oka, here it goes if McNabb doesnt get any offensive help he should opt out of his contract. The Eagles have at least 25 million to sign free agents and rookies. I think they should heavly pursue A. Boldin IF he becomes available. The Eagles should offer this trade: Reggie Brown and a 2nd draft pick for A. Boldin. Reggie Brown and Boldin contracts are almost the same so why not open up your wallet and get err done....   Sorry, but I don't think highly of Reggie Brown! Has he had a 1000 yd season yet? U just dont give that kinda money to players that arent proven.

Oka secondly, I would normally say they need an OT(Micheal Oher) with Runyan being older and depth chart concerns. If the Eagles were able to acquire Boldin picking up Micheal Oher wouldnt be a bad 21st pick. The Eagles O-Line would be strong and have depth especially with picking up Stacey Andrews. Andrews is young and has alot of upside. With the 28th pick they should pursue a RB to spell Westbrook (especially since he's constantly hurt). Possibly Knowshon Moreno or Chris Wells.

Ive heard talk about the Eagles are in desperate need of a TE. I think Brent Celek was coming along just fine he blocks and he can catch. He's not the fastest however he gets the job done. So thats not a necessity.

If the Eagles arent able to obtain A. Boldin they should pick up a big physical reciever. Possibly Hakeem Hicks or Heyward-Bay. With that being said for my secret weapon  they should immediately give Torry Holt a call after the draft. He's a great route runner, and he would be a great mentor for your talented group of young recievers. The Eagles should pick up Torry Holt reguardless if they acquire A.Boldin or not. However, I wouldnt pick up Holt without a big strong physical reciever. EAGLES have to have a physical reciever! This would be an offensive nightmare McNabb, Westbrook, Boldin, Holt, Curtis/Jackson. Or McNabb, Westbrook, R.Brown/Holt/ Heyward-Bay, D.Jackson/Curtis Choose your posion..OMG can u smell Conference Champs

If the Eagles can get Anquan Boldin(wr), Braylon Edwards(wr) or Jason Peters(ol) in a trade without giving up a king`s ransom in draft picks thed DO IT! I can not believe that I am saying this, but I believe the front office is RIGHT in not going after all the over-the-hill free agents (including Holt and Harrison). They should however, go RB-WR-WR-TE in the draft!! If you are resigning McNabb then give him weapons!!! If no trades are made then trade up at the beginning of the second round TWICE (a nice package of multiple 3rd to 7th round picks should get another late 2nd round pick). Wells(rb)-Britt(wr)-Robiskie(wr)-largest TE available. This would provide the big back to help Westbrook. This would give McNabb 3 large receivers - Baskett, Britt and Robiskie(all are 6'3" or taller) for over the middle or in the red zone. This would give McNabb two speedsters to stretch the field in Curtis and Jackson. And finally a large TE would help in the red zone and with blocking. All these picks will be there if the front office plays their cards right. Get these guys and let McNabb roll out more and I do not care what kind of pass rush the other team has there is NO defensive backs or linebackers that are going to be able to cover all of them!! I am not a big McNabb fan but if you want him to succeed DRAFT LARGE ATHLETIC RECEIVERS!!!

Nfl.com is saying that the Eagles are going to trade up to get one of the best OL. The only catch is that they also get Chad Johnson in the deal. If this is true they should have just brought T.O back.

I have noticed that not many Eagle fans are commenting on getting an exciting player in the draft. What is the matter with you people? Aren`t you wet with anticipation at getting another OLineman with our first pick in the draft?

lol....U r picking Stop it! Yep u are right, might as well have gotten T.O if they are gonna get Chad, However Chad is faster than T.O.But T.O is better after the catch.Egos are the same, I think Mcnabb throws a nice deep ball....Actually I prefer his deep balls rather than a 10yd out.....lol.....

Definitely wishful thinking. Totally unrealistic.

You really think the Cards (or anyone else for that matter) are interested in R. Brown? Why do you think the Cards would allow A Boldin to walk for a 2nd? Finally, if you saw Celek in the Vikings playoff game, you would know is blocking skills are suspect at best.

Reggie Brown? C'mon, I live and die by the Eagles, but Reggie Brown? If I was AZ I would take a 1st round pick for Boldin....if you wanted to throw in Reggie Brown than make that 2 first round picks. Reggie Brown couldn't get you Greg Lewis in a trade.

So do u think the Eagles should pick up a Tight End? McNabb did just fine with hardly any tight Ends and he still threw for 3000yds Eagles dont need to waste the pick on a tight end. They could go Free Agency and pick up a blocking tight end if thats the case! Runyan is still there, The Eagles still have Shawn Andrews who could move inside as well.....Im kicking the televsion if the Eagles pick up a TE first pick.. . Unfortunately, u do have a point with no one truly wanting R.Brown. 1st pick they have to pick up Knowshon! they just have to! he's instant offense. The Eagles will just have to pick up WR stud second round which is possible!

I apologize I didnt word my reply right :If the Eagles pick up an OT or a TE Im kicking the Television. If Moreno is available the Eagles have to pick him up

phillyfan5, you and I are in total agreement. This draft WILL BE AWESOME!!! If they draft studs or trade them for proven players (Boldin,Peters or Edwards), this will be the best draft of the Reid era!! I can not believe that I am saying this, but I TOTALLY BELIEVE that Lurie,Banner & Reid finally have a plan in place. Dave Spadaro would not have been on Daily News Live 3 weeks ago telling Eagles fans to be patient if a plan was not in place. I HOPE THAT SPADARO IS TELLING THE TRUTH!!! This franchise needs something major to go down to bring the fan base back after the Dawkins debacle.
