The more I think about it,I more i am convinced that college athletics are nothing more than a slave system designed to enrich everyone but the athlete.The entire system is a farce.
Why should a coach making millions of dollars in salary and endorsements,plus,the university gets millions more with tv contracts be allowed while the athlete who generates this money, get virtually nothing in return?Yes,some get a degree,but come on,we all know what the real motivation is,and thats making it to the Final Four or a Bowl game that generates millions more for the coaches and administrators.
When Lebron James went straight to the NBA,It was questioned.What they were really saying was,go to college and make our coeches and university richer.
Why do high school basketball players have to go to college for one year? What is the purpose of that?Does this rule really have the young mans interest in mind?Give me a break! Did Ohio State really care about Maurice Clarett?Lol.These stupid rules are delaying these young peoples right to make a living.
Look at professional tennis players..The one year college rule dosen,t apply to them. Why is that?
