FanNation - The Republic of Sport

Well, FanNation faithful, this is my mea culpa...sort of.

The question on everyone's mind...well other than who the heck is iB4e... is are you really back?

Well, the answer is yes, no, maybe, kinda sorta, not really.

Look, here's the dealio (I've been working on my street cred)

I left FN because in all honesty I was pissed off. I hated the "improvements" that were made. When the changes first took place and the private groups were not private, albeit for a short time, that started the downfall for me.

Then the drunken monkeys were given free reign of the place without their medication and the TDs and T&R pages were filled with idiots spewing their bile. And nobody seemed to care.

But the final straw was the whole Cassidy episode. Don't start or else I'll delete your comments. The whole thing, to me, had a Lord of The Files feeling. One popular person spoke up and people followed along. Soon it was them against the rest of island.

Now look, whether or not she was really a man posing as a woman, I don't know nor do I care. There are plenty of people on here who are not who they say they are. Heck, people think I'm an actual person. And for those who accused him or her of creating hundreds of dupe accounts to win TDs, well I don't know because I don't take TDs seriously. But I find it hard to imagine someone being adept enough at keeping up with hundreds, or even dozens of accounts just to vote for themselves on TDs and still have a life. But I can guarantee you this; people are still cheating at TDs. They always have and they always will. There is not a thing anyone can do about it. My only suggestion is to stop taking them so seriously. And for those who do cheat at TDs, you're pathetic, get a life.

And a word of wisdom to the obnoxious newbies. (Notice how I am only calling out the obnoxious noobs. I know there are plenty of new folks out there who care about sports. And to them, I say woof woof.) There is no such thing as an original TD. All of the original ideas were used up within the first year or so of FN existence (most of them by the TD pimp and Goodell). All TDs now are just rehashing old ones with a new name. And nobody gives a rat's patootie what you think of the "rules for voting". People are going to vote how they are going to vote and there isn't a doggone thing you can do about. So **** about it already and stop doing TDs about the TD rules. Unless of course it is the "special" ones. And most of you know what I'm talking about.

Now, back to Cassidy. I kind of defended her because she was the first friend I had on FN. And she was always one of the first to comment on my blogs. So I felt a sense of loyalty. Just for the record, several of you who were complaining about the dupe accounts, created dupe accounts to follow her around and bully her and vote against her in TDs. You know what, that makes you a big fat hypocrite.

Now having said this, if Cassidy does come back to FN I will not be her friend again - EVER. I heard that she made fun of someone's father dying and that ain't right. You don't do that. It crosses the line and you can never take something like that back.

I know that I said some things to some of my friends during that whole fiasco and while I cannot take it back, I do apologize to you.

I'm sorry.

Now the next question, besides are you done yet (that what she said), is why?

Well first of all, the current drunken monkey, what's his name? Red Hat? He doesn't seem as drunk as his predecessors. He must not start drinking until 10:30.

While I am currently slowing down on writing (actually it's more of a slump), I miss doing regular blogs.

But above all else, I miss my friends

Besides, LIHI said she would kick my butt if I didn't come back

I miss my favorite group Pier 11.

I made some new friends also

Nas88, Blueashriel, TheIntimidator, WildFan, Outlaw, Night Wolff, JKindelray, Army Brat, and the rest

I also found some new groups that I really like, EN and FARR

I won't be fully immersed into FN again because people are still taking TDs way to seriously and T&R is still filled with idiots spewing bile. However, I may do 2 more TDs so that I can have a perfect record.

But mostly, you can look for a crappy blog posted here and there and then you can run away.
