It's not a new thing for athletes these days to have their own website and blog.  Almost every major University has at least 20 websites that are dedicated solely to the athletic programs.  Coaches are now getting into the fold and with the Head Ball Coach himself, Steve Spurrier, who is charging a whopping $100 a year for access to his official webpage.  Pete Caroll at USC and Jim Tressel at THE Ohio State University charge $49.99 a year for their content.  They claim that half of their proceeds go to charities they sponsor, while Steve's money goes to the USC Athletic Program.  I guess this gives those die-hard fans and USC Alums motivation to sign up?  So what should you expect for a $100/year? Hopefully it will be a Steve Spurrier reality show.  I want to see camera's follow the guy everywhere, doing everything!  When SpurrierHBC.com goes live next week (July 16), South Carolina fans will be privy to "inside news and photos", archived broadcasts of Spurrier's TV and radio shows and a question-and-answer feature.  I would love to read ramblings back-and-forth between Steve and USC fans, and especially non-fans of USC and Spurrier himself.  There are many out there, we all know.  Getting 50,000 users won't be hard and that's bringing in over $5 million a year!  Hopefully we at Screamingsports.com will sign up for such a prestigious privilege.  I would love to ask Spurrier a few questions myself.  His outspokenness and candor make the guy what he is, loved and hated by many. I bet it will be worth the money
