I am sorry but man do media type folks in this over the top world of sports love to.. I don't what to call it cause this is not even close the best series ever. Honestly were there any of those breathtaking moments that send chills down your spine which happened almost every game Jordan played. No... was there the beast, Charles Barley in the middle. No... and that is the whole reason why this was an average series, played by two average teams that was for the most part boring to watch. There were no in your face spectacular dunks. There were no moves that you would call your buddy up or @togocats in twitter. It was two average teams, with shooters taking jump shots. Boston posts players could double for the pillsbury dough boy. Noah whatever his last name is has no game to speak of. He is a big body that hustles and sets picks. What happened to the NBA? Where did the high flying dunks go? What is this jump shooting crap? Where is the in your face dunk, talking smack to spike lee NBA I grew to love cause this stuff is boring. I don't care how many points Rose scores. They are layups... yawn... Watching the Bulls play is likely watching a bunch of minimites..
Even Ben Gordan... he just looks funny.. he is a money player.. too bad he a ball hog...
Kobe is not Michael Jordan cause even when Jordan was in his last years with the Bulls he had more hops than Kobe does not...
Lebron... now he is a beast... just he plays for Cleveland. You just can't get excited for anything with the word Cleveland in it.. Not that I have anything against Cleveland because when I was in the US the people in Cleveland were hands down the nicest I ever met.
What happend to the NBA... did I get old or did it get boring cause it use to seem a lot more exciting..
Don't tell me Ray Allen is exciting to watch... don't tell me Paul Pierce is exciting to watch. They both are great fundimental players but if I wanted fundimentals I would watch Euro basketball. I want dunks.. I can't spell so don't give me heck for that..

I really don't watch the NBA too much anymore cause it is rather boring. I grew up watching Jordan and I am sorry a bunch of mini mites and shooters don't compare to Jordan... so any series with Jordan is far better than that bulls series.

I like you watched Jordan throughout his career in Chicago and his game was nothing short of spectacular. I to like yourself quit watching basketball cause to me the NBA became a joke. However, for whatever reason I decided to watch this series...lack of anything better to do. This series was nothing short of incredible. In 25 years of watching ball I have never seen a series of such evenly matched teams and tight games...EVER. If you want to say this wasn't the best series (not game) ever, please tell me a 7 games series in the history of the NBA that was better.. I save you time...there are none.

You are probably right... the game different back then... more personality to it... when a hard foul was just a hard foul... Dennis Rodman... I watching Houston play yesterday and it was like they put 4 guys in the middle and said lakers you are going to do jump shots... just seemed boring..
