Three months ago,I started to learn how to play pingpong to help me sleep well and peaceful.When I learned that play this type of exercise can improve the quality of sleep.
I always was sleepless because my stress of study, I must finish my undergraduate course in the future 6 months.
so I can't sleep well,some night even can't fall asleep.
but when I play pongping 2 hours pey day at 15-17 pm, I can sleep well,never insomnia.
So I think this is very well exercise to help you with natural sleep aid,just play it
Playing pingpong can help me relieve my endless stress and anxiety.
In this post, I do not tell you how to play it,but to tell you it important for me because of improving my sleeping levels.
In my opinion, all kinds of entertainments and outdoor exercise are useful to build our strong bodies,so if we suffer from some special health problems,just as sleeping problems,stress,anxiety,etc. Those type of health problems do really can be solve by doing some special exercise or entertainment
Playing pingpong help me to sleep peaceful for me, if you have the same problems,you also can do the same
