As I'll soon be leaving my hometown of Binghamton, New York, I find it to be a fitting time to finally write a series of blogs that I've been meaning to for quite some time now.
The Broome Dusters, Binghamton Dusters, Binghamton Whalers, Binghamton Rangers, BC Icemen, and Binghamton Senators are all teams that will have a segment in this series of blogs. In addition to addressing the professional aspect, I hope to shed light upon the local youth hockey organization (STHA) and the shambles it has managed to fall into due to mismanagement and a lack of player and parent involvement.
That's all for now, but hopefully I'll get this started next week.
