So here we are after two days of trying to watch racing in between the rain showers. David Reutiman won his first Sprint Cup race. Congratulations! This win makes you think more about the Tony Stewart interview earlier in the broadcast. Tony took the red flag opportunity to walk down to the Reutiman car to question why David was racing so hard. Obviously Tony took exception to the fact that David didn't give way to his Office Depot car. He even took a pot shot at David's crew chief. Why would he? Everyone out there within earshot of the checkered flag should take every position available or get off the track. This foresight by David, or this racing strategy, paid off. He is now in victory lane for his first time. I bet Tony wishes he had raced as hard as Reutiman .
Congratulations on your first win and hopefully Tony will realize that other drivers want to win as bad as he does.
