You know, I had called the Denver Nuggets the Detroit Lions of the NBA; and after the first couple of games or so with the Lake show, I thought they were ready to shake that tag. Thought they were going to finally get over that hill. Wow, they did more than that. Seems like they actually drove off the cliff. Seems like the actual Detroit Lions would have done a lot better against the Lakers in Game 6. In the famous words of Ricky Ricardo, "What haaappened?"

I'll tell you what happened. The real Nuggets finally showed up, kicked out those imposters who were playing the Lakers, and did their customary cooooollapse. Twenty-seven point loss?

Still, whoever was playing the Lakers, you had to admire their tenacity. You had to also admire Bryant's and the Lakers' ability to be able to dig deep one more time in that well to overcome another upstart ready to dethrone them. Have to admire a team such as the Lakers, even if you don't like them (and I don't, mainly because of Phil Jackson), you just still grit your teeth and begrudgingly admit they just have a great organization. . . a great tradition of it. Yeah, no matter what you think or feel about the Lakers, a team just does not get to the NBA Finals a record-setting 30 times (think it maybe 15 times, sorry).

Now, it was reported that LeBron James made a quick exit to the team bus after the Cav's loss and elimination in Game 6 against the Magic. The world witnessed as James was seen leaving the floor after the loss, not shaking anyone's hand. Is that what everyone is bent out of shape about. . . that he didn't offer any congrats to the victor, went staight to the bus, and didn't attend the press conference?

C'mon, the dude is only twenty-four. A guy that young isn't always that mature mental wise, though his body may be. Besides, does anyone see the loser offer the victor any congrats in baseball at least in the Majors. Did anyone see the Rays jumping into the victor's pile also after their loss to the Phillies and shake their hands. Yeah, maybe a poor comparison. Whichever.

Well, before we all fall apart over this, I'm revealing for the first time that LeBron was actually interviewed after the game. A persistent reporter (claimed he was one of the Cav's new Chinese investors, and will remain anonymous) was able to board the bus and grill his majesty a little bit.

Here's an exerpt of how it went:

Reporter: "Uh, LeBron. . . Could you tell us how you feel after your defeat and ouster from the playoffs (I know. . . real original question)?"

James: "It's over and done, but the heartache lives on innn-siiiiiide. . . (Emotion-Samantha Sang).

Reporter: "Yes, understandable, LeBron. . . (continued)
