At this point, I am too fed up to create a witty title. It has been almost 5 months since "The Messiah" took office. Obama-mania has swept up the nation like sheep; in other words, the blind leading the blind.

On FoxNews Sunday, Austan Goolsbee was pleased to report on the success the Obama administration has encounted. He has the audacity to say that the White House is pleased at the recent numbers of unemployment. Appearently, there are signs of progress according to Goolsbee, the economic advisor for the White House.

This is not a direct quote, but he was pleased that the new-claim jobless rate in America for May wasn't all that high. It was only 345,000 jobs.

ONLY 345,000 JOBS? Since when is 345,000 Americans losing their job a success. Now, this is a direct quote: "I think that the full impact of this stimulus is yet to be ... felt," Goolsbee said. "It's going to take more than a few months to turn it around."

A few more months...I seem to recall Obama and the Democrats promising a quick fix to the economy. This news article was published on Novemeber 7, 2008, a couple of days following the election:  http://bulletin.aarp.org/yourmoney/personalfinance/articles/obama_promises_quick.html

This is insane...a few more months. By then, another million Americans will be out of a job. Albert Einstein once remarked that the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again. History has proven that socialist programs do not stimulate the economy, they only destroy it. Quick history lesson, who ended the Great Depression? Answer later.

In other news, North Korea is on the warpath once again. Threatening South Korea, and in process, several thousand American lives. By several thousand American lives, I mean roughly 37 thousand. Why that much? Because that is the amount of soldiers that North Korea will have to go through before one South Korean dies.

President Obama has recently finished his Middle East trip. The first time, he visited Saudi Arabia and bowed to the king.Obama bows to king

This time, he visited Turkey and stated that the United States of America is not a Christian, Jewish, or Muslim nation. Hmmm, seems like "One nation under God", or "In God We Trust" means nothing anmore.

In God We Trust

Answer to the above question is NOT this man as many people believe:

 FDR

but the leaders of the Axis Powers.

There are 29,000 troops here in S. Korea, yes, I know tHis becasue I am one of them. You have no idea what the mission in Korea is, so PLEASE don't act like you do. Saying all the U.S. troops would die before one S. Korea is stupid and ignorant. Go back to college and learn something.

The New Deal: Where do you think the money came form to support WWII? You may claim WWII saved our economy, but it is the business' that were established due to the NEW DEAL, that allowed production to be made in the U.S. Also, do you know how many Republican Presidents ran with programs that were established in the New Deal? I bet your grandparents are happy with their S.S. benefits. Or those 345,000 people can now claim unemployment, thanks to the New Deal. better yet, many schools and roads were built from this Deal. So in theroy, your family directly denefits from this DEMOCRATIC founded program.

Did you know people fled to what is now called America due to religious persecution? yeah, true story. Also, people in American can choose whatever religion to follow. So when Obama relates the U.S. to not being Christian, Muslin, jewish, or whatever else religion people claim in this country, its due to the fact that America doesn't just represent only one. So when you see the One Nation under God, or in God we trust, maybe you should think ALL RELIGIONS have a God, DUH!

I fail to see, how anyone would call a decrease in unemployment, from 700,000 and 800,000 in the past months, down to 345,000 is not an improvment?

Think of the country like this. There is one person in charge of a hill. Nothing can roll down this hill or else your responsible. So, during your shift, you allow a ball to start rolling down the hill, but half way through, your shift is up and someone new comes in and has to stop this ball from rolling to the bottom. Now what do you think will happen? Correct! The ball will eventually go back to the bottom of that hill until someone brings it back up, or comes up with a way to stop it.

It's clear as dayt hat you just can't automatically stop a depression from happening when it has already started! But yet you blame the man TRYING to fix it, for the ball being at the bottom of the hill. People like you just add to the problem rather than help it.

Then you must be an idiot Stevo. What if it was only 500,000, would it still be an improvement in your eyes. Fact is his plan is not working. There are no jobs on the horizon that he can point to, he is a failure.

Oh, and that Korean mission you spoke of. I was stationed with the 2ID when I was there. So I know what the mission is. For the troops up north and on the DMZ, you are toast. We were known as the "speedbump division" because we could only hope to slow the attack. The mission on the DMZ is to slow the North Korean army, they have the advantage in numbers. The overall mission is to save Seoul. DMZ forces will not last long, but hopefully will last long enough for the South Korean army to respond, as well as our Air Force. So, would all the troops die? No. Not in the south. But, the one's on the DMZ would, all of them.

But also remember that the mission is also to prevent the South Korean's from going North as well. In the 1980's the North attempted to kill the S. Korean president, only the US Army prevented an attack on the North.

Steveo, people like you are the reason for the ****-hole we are in right now. Ever since the **** Liberals took office in 2006, we have had nothing but tax-and-spend. Grow up, and listen to reason, instead of stupidity.

This is so funny. I like how people equate our current political parties like they are sports teams. I love the Red Sox or whoever, so I have to hate the Yankees. Both parties are going to do the exact same thing that they have been doing to America and Americans...screw them. The only difference right now, Obama speaks clearly. That's all it took to provide an improvement over dry-drunk baby Bush, senile John McSame, and wacko reality TV Palin.

Obama only speaks clearly when a teleprompter is in front of him. Why do you think he hated town-hall meetings during election season, and did so badly in them?
