Hollinger, ESPN hoops writer and no fan of the Washington Wizards
[though he's a must-read for any serious basketball fan] ranks the NBA
franchises in order from 1-30 and puts the Wizards at 23. The LA
Lakers are first, the Boston Celtics are second. On the other hand,
the LA Clippers are 29th and the Memphis Grizzlies are 30. So things
