When the Houston Oliers drafted Steve McNair, I was a fan. I was still a fan, even after the Oilers transformed into the Tennessee Titans and moved away.I don't know of any words I can say here that would offer comfort to the family, friends, and many team mates of Steve's, but I can try.
I enjoyed watching him play every week, and although I am a Cowboys fan, we usually got to watch both teams play each week anyway. When the Oilers left Houston and became extinct, we didn't get to watch the Titans often, but occasionally. But, I still retain memories of the old Oiler days. Steve McNair is one of those memories.
I offer my condolences to the family especially, and knowing that his is a real loss. May God hold you all in His arms and comfort you during this time. I am adding a few pics I did with an image enhancement program that I use and is the only way I know that I can do that may bring some measure of comfort.
From a Texas football fan who knows your loss. God Bless You All.............Bull_Shirt

Now that more information is slowly coming out about the demise of McNair and this girl, I did this blog and picture before any determination was made about anything concerning him.
I am not going to make any comments or opinions about what or who is right, or wrong, because of the fact that I am not a judge, and I will not judge him, her or anyone else about anything of their private lives. This is simply my way of offering condolences for a son, husband, father and a friend who left this life earlier than he should have, regardless of the circumstances.
Anyone is welcome to make comments on this, if you see fit. You can express your opinion on the matter as well. But, that is already being debated on other blogs.

Nice Tribute Bull Shirt, Steve is now playing on that ultimate turf in the Sky with those that went before him and those to follow, I can't help but think of the movie field of dreams.

Thank you.
Indeed. Not sure how this stuff will affect his legacy, but someone may one day make a movie about him. They make movies of lesser things...........who knows?
