Being a Chicago fan, well Cubs, Bulls and Bears, I have always wonder why Reinsdorf wont spend money to improve the Bulls since the dynasty was destroyed by that other Jerry. I mean for years the Bulls have needed a big scoring fellow and nothing has been done, yet ole jer was willing to spend 23 mil on Jake Peavy and spend 140 mil on a hockey team that loses money by the second. It appears that the Bulls are outdrawing the White Sox, the team that Ole Jer would give his right arm for, yet he wont go into the salary cap if his team is not in contention for the NBA title, how can they get to that level if he intends not to spend? With this  free agent class coming out this summer will he even attempt to get Wade?  Rumors are out there now about Boozer and the Bulls, which the  Bulls have a  fairly good chance as any team of getting him. With that we know that Boozer and Wade are good friends could obtaining Boozer lead to getting Wade? We (Bulls) could have a very decent team. this could be our team for years starting in 010
