After seeing bad canidates being nominated (Giambi) and paltry vote totals (3 for a winner), we are changing the format.
From now on, the Administrators, of which there are five, will pick 10 great users. You pick 4 of these users, and give a reason why they were picked. The 4 top picked will get to the voting round. Those four will be given an introduction about them, and you FM me about what two you think should get in.
