According to "Romo", Pat Bowlen the owner of the Broncos has had discussions with Mike Vick and his agent about possibly joining the team as a backup Quarterback and or a specialist in "WildCat" version designated number of plays. What would be the negatives besides all the PETA freaks outthere protesting Bronco games? Absolutely none! On the other hand, the positives are many. The Broncos offense would have one of the most talented players in the history of the NFL. With Vick in the backfield the opposing defenses could not possibly double any of our wideouts or tightends. Imagine having vick as a decoy and Moreno at the other tailback? I say if Mike Vick is available and we all know he is, go and get him he will never come as cheap as of right now! Go Broncos!

Keep dreaming. McDaniels has already said that there is no room for the Wildcat in the playbook. Also, Chris Simms is getting like 3 mil a year, so they aren't gonna carry a 3rd string QB at that salary.

As a Raider fan, I am all for it. Vick would only cause more problems for them.
But really, they need to let Orton do his thing. He is not as bad as his reputation says. He was the starter for the Bears team that made the Super Bowl. He lead that team like a champ, and was humble enough to stay in good spirits when Grossman came back and was given his spot. Orton was decent last year without a single decent receiver on the team. Orton will be fine, he is talented enough to be a starter in this league.
How would it help having another guy in the locker room thinking he should be a starter? If Vick wants back in the league bad enough he should swallow his damn pride and move to RB or WR. He was never a good QB and all this time away from the game will not help his accuracy and touch. He might not get any chances to play NFL football if he keeps insisting he is a QB. The Broncos could use him at RB, but it would not be worth it. Team chemistry would be destroyed.
Aren't there enough personnel problem in Denver already? You have a coach that lost control before he even got settled in, your top WR is miserable, you have no defense and no RB.
Vick needs to move to RB and go to a team with a well paid QB that will not have to look over his shoulder. Philly could use him. But the Giants might be the best match. New York fans are already the most obnoxious people on earth, how much worse can they get over Vick? Plus the team lost their backup to Jacobs. A backfield of Jacobs and Vick would be great. And they just paid Eli all that money so there would be no QB controversy to deal with. Vick could be an emergency QB and be part of a killer backfield.
But it is a moot discussion. He is not a QB. He will only latch on in the NFL if he comes to terms with that.

Vick is at least more talented than half the Q.B.'s in the league right now! how can you say he's not a quarterback? He could start and win for the lowest 20 teams as of right now! We are only talking talent wise, but not taking into consideration the P.R. mess it would cause for those teams...

How is a 53% passer better than half the QBs in the league? He was never a QB. You could put half the RBs in the league in at QB and they can complete 50 percent of passes. And everyone runs for 1000 yards, so Vicks rushing numbers are not that impressive.
I'm sick of the people saying he shouldn't play because of his conviction too, but that is no reason to say stupid **** like you did.
It has nothing to do with P.R., but you have to take into account the locker room impact he will have. There are dog lovers that I'm sure are pissed at the guy playing in the NFL too.
There are no starting QBs in the league that are worse than a guy that has not seen any game action in years
Vick was bad in his prime. He should never had taken a snap at QB in the NFL.
