As a fan, you’d always like your team to beat its nemesis with its full arsenal at its disposal.
There is the possibility of the Falcons being “Vickless” in the near future, and as Panther fans, even though we can’t stand Vick, we want him on the field when the two teams play.
Beating a Vick-led team gives you a sense of grand satisfaction. Like finishing cutting your lawn and viewing the landscape. Like grilling a nice, juicy steak and savoring it with a nice frosty alcoholic beverage of choice. Beating a Harrington-led team is just like beating every other team in the NFL. Sadly, there really isn’t anyone to hate on the Falcons any more. Crumpler, Dunn, Horn… all good guys. Vick is the guy we all love to hate. He’s the overhyped star that doesn’t deserve it. He’s the guy that effortlessly glides up and down the field weaving through your team’s defenders. He’s the guy we, as Panther fans, want Julius Peppers to drive into the ground with a crushing, near bone-breaking blow. We make no apologies. That’s the way it is.
Without Vick, it’s just not as fun. It’s another game on the schedule. Dammit Vick, we love to hate you.

They are better off without him. Trying to mold him into a QB was hurting the whole team. I am more scared about the falcons without him.
