PITTSBURGH STEELERS- With a defense like the one they boast and a conservative, comes up when he needs to QB like Ben Rothlisberger, who else is #1?
NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS- If Tom Brady is 100%, the Pats will challenge the reinging SB champs. Otherwise, they'll have to settle for #2.
GREEN BAY PACKERS- Aaron Rodgers is my pick for MVP. The defense should improve and the o will score tons of points.
ATLANTA FALCONS- I love the Falcons team this year, maybe even as far as them making the Super Bowl, all dependant upon that defense.
INDIANAPOLIS COLTS- The Colts lost Harrison and Dungy, but dont forget what they still have- Manning and Wayne.
SAN DIEGO CHARGERS- LaDanian Tomlinson wants a ring real bad and his window of oppurtunity is running out. This is his year.
PHILADELPHIA EAGLES- Donovan McNabb also fits into LT's description, and with a young core of offensive players in McCoy, Maclin and Jackson, he very well might win a title.
BALTIMORE RAVENS- The Ravens lost alot in the offseason, particularily Rex Ryan, but Joe Flacco will make a huge leap in his second season to help make up.
NEW ORLEANS SAINTS- Drew Brees leads maybe the NFLs best offense. But who leads maybe the NFLs worst defense?
HOUSTON TEXANS- Matt Schaub could be a breakout stud in 2009 and Andre Johnson and Steve Slaton could join him. Alot of good young players to build around.
ARIZONA CARDINALS- The worst Super Bowl team in history has heavy expectations now. The defense only played well for the playoffs, dont forget.
SEATTLE SEAHAWKS- If Seattle is fully healthy, then the Seahawks might win the West. If they arent or underachieve, they might come in last.
DALLAS COWBOYS- The Cowboys lost TO and no matter how much they try and say it will help, it wont. What reciever you can really rely on now? Miles Austin?
WASHINGTON REDSKINS- With guys like Clinton Portis and Albert Haynesworth, this team is talented. But its make or break time for Jason Campbell.
TENNESSEE TITANS- The Titans will be okay with the defense and run games, but Kerry Collins wont win you anything big. Watch for Chris Johnson though.
BUFFALO BILLS- Trent Edwards might be another breakout stud in 09, but the defense isnt good and the schedule is tough.
CHICAGO BEARS- Jay Cutler is a HUGE addition, but they have no one for him to throw to. If the Bears can get a No.1 reciever, they will compete.
NEW YORK GIANTS- Eli Manning isn't even close to being worth the money hes getting now and the only way this team competes for real is if a WR steps up.
CINCINNATTI BENGALS- The Bengals have a shot at the playoffs in the AFC and it all depends on the running game. Cedric Benson aint scaring anyone.
MINNESOTA VIKINGS- This team could have made noise without Favre. But with him, I think they are actually worse. He will break chemistry with his selfishness.
CAROLINA PANTHERS- The Panthers will dissapoint tons and it will be due to the defense, which will be terrible. The run game is the only impressive part of this team.
SAN FRANCISCO 49ERS- The Niners have the talent and the division to be a force, but they might be a few years and guys short of real contention.
KANSAS CITY CHIEFS- Matt Cassel was great with Randy Moss and Wes Welker to throw to, how will be be with just Dwayne Bowe?
NEW YORK JETS- The Jets might be better, depending on if Mark Sanchez plays like Joe Flacco as a rookie or Akili Smith.
MIAMI DOLPHINS- Miami might be better if it weren't having an impossible schedule. The Dolphins also lack a defensive playmaker.
JACKSONVILLE JAGUARS- Maurice Jones-Drew is great. After that, ehh. Lets just say I wouldnt be too excited to watch any Jags games this season.
OAKLAND RAIDERS- Oakland might finally have something in place- mainly because their in a terrible division where six wins could mean second place.
TAMPA BAY BUCCANEERS- Byron Leftwich is still young and could have a surprising season. They also have a plethora of talent at running back.
DETROIT LIONS- They named Matt Stafford as the starter, who knows how that will pan out. The Lions just need a win, there only ten games from losing 27 in a row, which would break the Bucs record from the 70s.
ST.LOUIS RAMS- The Rams again are lucky for the division they play in. Where in the world is Marc Bulger?!?!
DENVER BRONCOS- The Broncos brought this upon themselves. They were one win away from the playoffs last season, now there going nowhere.
CLEVELAND BROWNS- All you have to say for this team is offenseive TD, something they haven't seen since November 17, not counting the preseason. They didnt score one in their final six games last year, an NFL record. Enough said.

Interesting predictions, but in my opinion the 'Boys will be a little better than the 13th best team this year.
true, they lost T.O., but Witten is a very good receiver, and Crayton, Austin, Ogletree, Barber, and Jones have all shown flashes of brilliance as far as catching the ball.
I think the receiver-by-committee route will serve Dallas well this year. Just my opinion.
