11:12 AM ET 10.04 | Copied from Message board OK, all during pre-season I hear about Martellus Bennet and his mad-skillz at Tight End, he is a "tweener" type player. In "Between" a TE and WR, tall, FAST, great hands, good blocker a PERFECT compliment to Witten and will stretch defenses, exploit weaknesses, help Roy Williams with his tweener skills etc etc etc..... Well after 3 weeks my one impression of his is him breaking the wrong way on an ill-advised second attempt to get a TD pass into the end-zone from the Panther's 2 yd line. He thought it was an alley-oop and Romo threw to the back shoulder falling away. Bennett was looking elsewhere. Please either refresh me on some Martellus impact (besides tweeting) or what you hope to see from him soon; like today vs Denver's #1 Defense. Bennett is an unknown and should be able to sneak in and pick up the slack that Crayton, Hurd, and Austin are leaving on the field.
