I think you should reconsider Iowa. Iowa is undefeated and has wins over 1 good team @Penn State and 2 average teams (Arizona and Michigan).

As compared to Boise 1 good win and 5 garbage teams, Texas 1 average win + garbage, TCU 1 average win. On the resume to this point Iowa is top 5.
