59-0? Seriously Tennessee? 13-9? Seriously Philadelphia? 34-23? Seriously Denver? This past week had a few surprises, the most being the Eagles embarassment at the hands of the RAIDERS. If anyone was to win a game 59-0 on Sunday, it should have been the Birds, but they couldn't even score as many as those Fightin Phils did two days ago in their 11-0 rout.  The Colts stay atop my rankings after the bye week, but the Saints are creeping up.

1. INDIANAPOLIS COLTS(1)- Peyton Manning got lucky with two bye weeks this season-last week and this week they play the Rams.

2. NEW ORLEANS SAINTS(4)- The Saints shellacked those G-Men and are playing championship caliber football right now. They play great d when the offense slows up and great o when the defense when slows up, as they did Sunday.

3. MINNESOTA VIKINGS(3)- The Vikings escaped with a win on Sunday, but the defense took the second half off and nearly lost it, maybe should have lost it. But let's face it, when will this team lose with Adrian Peterson, or should I say, will they?

4. DENVER BRONCOS(5)- The Broncos are for real. No one can take that away from them now. If there was a team they couldn't beat over the past few seasons, it was San Diego and they beat them Monday Night.

5. ATLANTA FALCONS(7)- Matt Ryan looked good and confident against Chicago and as a team, Atlanta has rebounded from their Week 3 loss to the Patriots.

6. NEW YORK GIANTS(2)- Luckily for the Giants, the rest of the NFC East looked even worse this week(excluding Dallas), and thats saying alot considering the defense New York is known for gave up 48, also not the worse performance of the week!

7. NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS(11)- Tom Brady only had to play less than 3 quarters to pass the Titans team total for passing TDs this season! Brady-6, Titans-5.

8. PITTSBURGH STEELERS(14)- The Steelers move up this much almost by default, I mean they beat the Browns, so could the Bills!(Oh, nevermind) But they are 4-2 after a sloppy 1-2 start, yet there challenge of the season so far might rest this week- Minnesota and AP.

9. GREEN BAY PACKERS(12)- Green Bay might just want to buy a wall and move it with them to protect Rodgers instead of their o-line. It might work, anything is better than the "football players" there fielding now.

10. CINCINNATTI BENGALS(8)- The defense forgot to show up on Sunday, but they better wake up because they play Chicago this week, then a bye, then the Ravens and Steelers, and hey, we'll even mention that they play Oakland after Pitt. Who knows, there on fire?!

11. BALTIMORE RAVENS(9)- The freefall continued from the top spot this week, but one thing I like about my Ravens is that they don't give up and hang tough. Had Matt Stover still been in town, theyd have beat the Vikings. Anyone but Haushcka and theyd beat the Vikings.

12. PHILADELPHIA EAGLES(6)- WHAT? They moved down 6 spots? Thats what you might be asking yourself, but consider everything. Sure they only had one loss, but the past three weeks, they had a bye and then played Tampa- who moved the ball pretty well- and the Raides- who beat them pretty badly. And they still have no running game. And Andy Reid is still dumb.  Thats why they moved down six spots.

13. NEW YORK JETS(10)- Mark Sanchez woke up and remembered he's a rookie. The Jets face Miami this week, a game of 2 rookie QBs, and then get their bye week to try and right the ship.

14. CHICAGO BEARS(13)- The Bears turned the ball over far too much and only looked exploisve or good when Devin Hester had the ball. Some problems to fix, but don't worry, they face the Browns this week.

15. SAN FRANCISCO 49ERS(15)- The Niners will most likely welcome back two players this week after the bye on offense- Frank "Our Whole Team" Gore and Michael "Selfish, Can't Live Without 35 Mil When Other 9.8% Of Our Country Is Unemployed" Crabtree. There's your economical lesson for the day, your welcome.

16. ARIZONA CARDINALS(19)- Arizona looked like the team that went to a Super Bowl against Seattle. But thats the first we've seen all year.

17. MIAMI DOLPHINS(17)- Chad Henne has looked good, and now he faces the Jets and Patriots, both on the road, respectively. Welcome to the NFL!

18. DALLAS COWBOYS(18)- Maybe Tony Romo got released during the bye week?! See, you have hope Dallas fans!

19. JACKSONVILLE JAGUARS(22)- The Jags need to resurrect that old stingy defense from a few years ago, because thats the only reason they will end up sub-par this season.

20. SAN DIEGO CHARGERS(16)- Can anyone say biggest dissapointment since Brett Favre said he was coming back?

21. HOUSTON TEXANS(21)- I just can't move them up until they win back to back games. They play the equally inconsistent Niners this week.

22. BUFFALO BILLS(25)- Trent Edwards and the Bills offense didn't look too bad with no huddle and upset the Jets. Maybe there done upsetting Bills fans now, too.

23. SEATTLE SEAHAWKS(20)- Seattle is pretty incosistent too, but you can blame that on the injuries plaguing them. Consistency will come when the injuries stop. Or when they find a running back.

24. CAROLINA PANTHERS(26)- They have won two in a row, yes, but Jake Delhomme still has ten picks already. Thats only what, 9 more than Kyle Orton? They won't win with no passing game for very long.

25. KANSAS CITY CHIEFS(27)- They got that first win under their belt, no matter who it was against. But Larry Johnson needs to stop taking up a spot on the roster.

26. DETROIT LIONS(23)- The Lions are promising on offense behind Calvin Johnson, Matt Stafford and Brandon Pettigrew. But name a defensive player on the team, go ahead!

27. OAKLAND RAIDERS(28)- Oakland beat the Eagles with great defense, but they won't be a threat to anybody until that offense gets going. They did win without the corner whose really good but who knows how to spell his name.

28. CLEVELAND BROWNS(29)- The Browns move up by default after losing yet again to the Steelers. But with this rotation of bad teams week in and week out, who knows where they could have ended up had the Chiefs, Raiders and Panthers lost too.

29. TENNESSEE TITANS(24)- The only thing Jeff Fisher's club might have to build off of is that they shut out the Patriots in the 4th quarter! Maybe, maybe?!

30. WASHINGTON REDSKINS(30)- Jim Zorn might have about as many days as the Redskins coach as the amount of points they are scoring, and thats not a good sign.

31. TAMPA BAY BUCCANEERS(31)- Josh Johnson might be a great QB some day....if he ever gets out of Tampa. So who does 0-6 Buccaneers get next?? The Patriots! Yea!

32. ST.LOUIS RAMS(32)- Hey, they almost beat Jacksonville! They took it to overtime! They scored over 7 points! Thats 3 plus points for the Rams this season to give them a year total of....3!

Its okay FanNation, I know, your sad that the Ravens have a bye week this week and you can't watch them but thats okay. We got a great Monday Night Football this week- Eagles-Redskins! But root for the PHILLIES this week as we win the NL and go to our second straight WORLD SERIES. Yankeers or Angels won't beat us and the Dodgers have no shot at coming back, trust me! Now as always, Joe Flacco for President!
