The 32-year-old Whitfield was signed by Boston as a free agent on July 13, 2009. He has skated in six games for Providence this season and has registered 3-5=8 totals. In his career, Whitfield has appeared in 177 NHL games with the Capitals, Rangers and Blues and tallied 11 goals and 17 assists.

Edit:  Fluto Shinzawa of the Globe is reporting these are going to be the lines.
The Stanley Cup of Chowder is calling this new line up the the Providence Bruins.

Marco Sturm - Patrice Bergeron - Michael Ryder
Vladimir Sobotka - David Krejci - Blake Wheeler
Daniel Paille - Trent Whitfield - Mark Recchi
Brad Marchand - Steve Begin - Byron Bitz

Zdeno Chara - Derek Morris
Andrew Ference - Dennis Wideman
Mark Stuart - Matt Hunwick

Im pretty sure that Shawn Thornton will play i could be wrong. I think the 3rd and fourth line most likely be re-done.
