Dear Mr Snyder,

I  have been a Redskins fan for over 34 years and I can truly say that this is the most embarrassing era of this organization I have ever seen. As a matter of fact from all of the national and local ridicule this is probably the worst product in Redskin history. Even when my Skins went 3-13 it was not this bad.

The Redskins organization used to be a cornerstone of the NFL and one of the most respected. We have won 3 super bowls and 2  championships but under your leadership we have become clowns of the NFL. I know you are making money as Washington is the second richest team, but if you are a so-called Redskin fan or even have a shred of pride for yourself (even Billionaires have egos right?) things need to change or you may turn this product into shambles and lose many of fans.

I know I am not a billionaire or millionaire for that matter, and I know I have no NFL experience, but I think it would be prudent to change these losing ways starting with the management. You should first of all hire real NFL people to run the NFL operations. Your buddy Cerrato does not seem to be cutting it as VP of Operations. After this year you need to hire a credible GM and hopefully a good coach will come aboard to lead this team. You should let them do their jobs and not interfere but just sign the checks. Also it would be great to give them at least 5 years to get the job done. We need consistency here and I am willing to have a couple of losing seasons in order to become a Superbowl contender once again (try drafting and not buying high priced free agents who fizzle out once they get here).

Well as I am sitting here watching this horrendous national televised Monday Night Football game my frustrations are growing to  a climax. This product phuckin stinks and this whole play calling thing is very clownish and would even be considered a terrible move in the business world. SMH. I am at wits end with all of this **** that is going on and I agree with some of the past Redskins (Sonny, Sam, Riggo, B-Mitch) greats that this is unacceptable.

If you care about this organization, the fans or the Washington tradition we can expect big changes after seasons end...if not you may lose the many faithful fans of old, present and even future youngsters.
