I am quite shocked that no one is learning any lessons on these troublemaking players. LJ's latest in KC is just another example of teams that are willing to put up with this crap too long. How many times have we seen a BAD headline about LJ? A three Strikes rule would have had this guy thrown out of the league YEARS ago!

Haven't we learned from the TO debacles, the Pacman troubles, LJ, Dog Killer, Chad Ochowhatever, and others? Allowing these distractions to remain on a team simply destroys morale and team cohesiveness. Instead of answering questions about game play, every media outlet is asking the same thing, how do you feel about you Teammate's comments or arrest this week?

Like I have preached before, and will preach until I am blue in the face, a professional football player without character and moral fiber is a detriment to the league, his team, and the history of the NFL.

LJ is a gleaming example of how NOT TO BE A PROFESSIONAL in the NFL. Talk about talent squandered and a total lack of self control and professionalism. How can he look himself in the mirror and collect a paycheck that size without feeling like a total con man? Instead of contributing to the team and perhaps being a BOOST to his fellow players, he has consistently been a diversion to his team, an ebarrassment to the city and league, and dragged down an already struggling but once proud franchise!

He had a few good years. I wonder how many more he would have had if he tried to actually be a professional team player? His attitude is all LJ, all the time! Screw the Team, it is all about LJ. It is no small wonder to me that this guy hasn't accomplished much in the NFL. People like him all turn out the same. Losers!

I know he has not had much of a supporting cast around him and KC has struggled for years. Maybe if his attitude were better, he would have been traded to a better team for some good draft picks and would have helped himself as well as his former team. But the word was out on LJ early thanks to his mouth. Teams avoided him like the plague!!! His agent has to be the stupidest in the league for not speaking to him or getting him the help he needs. When you rush for 1700+ yards in two consecutive seasons on a marginal team and no one even nibbles at trading for you, you need serious help.

Maybe Philly or Oakland will pick him up. Buffalo? Maybe not. They have enough trash in the locker room with TO. Philly and Oakland are the dumping grounds for most of the trash in the NFL now, so that may be his next stop. Dallas? I do not know. I think JJ has learned a lesson after TO and Pacman absolutely "owned" and conned him out of millions and tore the team apart.

It is frustrating as a fan to see these owners and coaches allowing this kind of behavior to drag down their team. Cut your losses, get rid of the fungus, show your team you will not tolerate this behavior, and send a message to the rookies and free agents you might end up with you will only accept a professional in your locker room. This is how it should be!

Come on Owners and Coaches, wake up and take charge of and responsibility for your employee's behavior. You hold all the cards in their paychecks and playing decisions. You can rid yourselves of these thugs and selfish idiots and at least look like you are trying to build a professional football organization. When you allow these people to treat you and your organization like this, it makes us fans think that you are weak and unable to control your teams direction.

A bad draft pick is usually a mental problem for that player. We do not and cannot blame the ownership for that unless it happens repeatedly and the scouting organization is weak. A player with a bad attitude and who drags a team down repeatedly cannot shoulder all the blame. It has to be owned up by the management and ownership for allowing the behavior to continue!

Do you want to be a good owner or a poor owner with a laughing stock of a team? Show us fans which you want to be by making decisive and sound decisions with these utter disgraces to the league.  Take out the trash and carry your head high, because at least you can say you have professionals who are trying to help the TEAM!!
