Let me start by saying this: The Falcons have no quit. Last night's game was indeed a heartbreaker, but so much can be took away as positive. Our DBs didn't crumble as expected, and Matt Ryan displayed his strong arm, even if he totaled three picks. Let's be honest, Vilma can be accounted for his second pick and the third one was a desperation heave, near Sharper none the less. Michael Turner, what a bulldozer, an absolute nightmare. His first break-out game of the season, and by break-out I mean he pounded yard after yard, as well as showing some Warrick Dunn like moves. Thomas ???the Sandman' DeCoud:  my new defensive favorite. At the beginning o f the season I was REAL skeptical as to his potential, but man is this guy something. Kroy Beirmann, another one of my new favorites. The Mountain Man from Montana; he shows me that it is okay to believe in two pass-rushers on one defensive-line. These two youngsters provide the spark Atlanta desperately needs on defense, and I personally hope they will be around for a while. As far as the game, Tye Hill came in and done some things right, things he could do better had he more playing time this season. I think we had a few mistakes that really cost us in this one, things we can review and fix before Washington. In all, when New Orleans comes in to town two weeks from now, be ready.

Ready for what? If Atlanta had a shot at beating New Orleans this was the game. Give Brees and his recievers two weeks to adjust and it may turn very ugly in Atlanta.

Blah Blah Blah. Give the Falcons two weeks to adjust, give Matt Ryan a game against the Redskins to get momentum back, and this one is ugly.. against the aints.
