Oakland Raiders
The Oakland Raiders have not won an AFC West Division title since 2002 and experts expect the losing trend to continue for the Raiders in 2009. Their preseason performance was rated as awful by the critics. In fact, it was said to be worse than any other team in the league. It therefore appears that the team is going to maintain its losing record. In 2008, the Raiders became the first team in NFL history to lose at least 11 games in 6 straight seasons.
